Cheap tropical holiday?

I live in England and I’m looking for somewhere tropical and relaxing to go on holiday?
There will be 2 adults and 1 or 2 children and we’d like to stay in a villa with a pool.
We want somwhere by the seas with white sands, blue seas and palm trees, and there needs to be lots of things likes cuba diving and visiting waterfalls to do 
Anyone got any ideas?
Need to be quite cheap too!

Your plan is awesome. Have you considered visiting countries in Asia? There are a lot white sand beaches in some regions in Asia such as the Philippines. You will find the country very accommodating with tourist and local travelers as well.
Countries like Thailand and Indonesia are also a good destinations to visit and accomplish your dream vacation. You will definitely get your answers here.
