Why not make a giant gingerbread house? I do a hobby and craft column for a local paper and my last column was on gingerbread houses.
Get everyone involved, including their children. Have them bring candy, decorations, etc. It could be fun and help to further improve employee relations.
I order a lot from a catalog (or online) Collections Etc. There isn’t anything over $14.99 and shipping is usually minimal. They have lots of items with moose decor etc. Now especially with the holidays they have lots of bargain items. Look into it and if you can’t use anything now you’ll probably be surprised what they offer. I’ve never been dis-satisfied with any of the products; and if for some reason you are, returns are not a problem.

A fireplace. Get some lift tickets from peoples jackets…could use those to decorate the tree.
