Why not make a giant gingerbread house? I do a hobby and craft column for a local paper and my last column was on gingerbread houses.
Get everyone involved, including their children. Have them bring candy, decorations, etc. It could be fun and help to further improve employee relations.
I order a lot from a catalog (or online) Collections Etc. There isn’t anything over $14.99 and shipping is usually minimal. They have lots of items with moose decor etc. Now especially with the holidays they have lots of bargain items. Look into it and if you can’t use anything now you’ll probably be surprised what they offer. I’ve never been dis-satisfied with any of the products; and if for some reason you are, returns are not a problem.
Both. Visit Oahu, Hawaii and you’ll be “close to mother nature in a tropical [ island ] ” and also close to a big “concrete” city (Honolulu), a part of the “sophisticated / developped world” as you put it.
The better the hotel is, the more they will have to offer. Concierge is a French word, and the French especially are good at arranging activities. Jet skiing should be easy, just go to the beach and look for jet ski rentals. They will definitely have them. Boat rides are even easier, just ask your hotel to recommend one and arrange it. The booze cruise is going to be the hardest thing to find (as in the kind they have in the Caribbean) but it won’t be hard to find a boat trip that has a full bar.
When I go on a beach holiday, I always make sure to pack:
2 swimming suits (to avoid nasty tan lines from using just 1)
Plenty of sunblock! (lobster red = not so glamourous!) The stuff I use has a subtle shimmer to it.
A few sarongs – they’re so versitile! Can be used as a blanket, towel, dress, skirt…etc.
Baby powder. It’s my best friend in the tropics. When you’re feeling hot or sticky, just rub some on. If your hair feels oily or gross from the swimming or sweating, it’s a great de-greaser, too.
I went skiing for the first time last year in Austria in a small town called Galtur.
It was great a 3 minute walk to the slopes, ski school in the morning for 2 hours, lunch for 2hrs then ski again in the afternoon. The ski instructors were v.good and v.nice!
In the town was some nice restaurants, cafes, a museum. the ski equipment shop was v.helpful too.
The hotel was great (forgot the name sorry!) had a pool and jacuzzi for when you got tired. A nice alpine style bar and restaurant where the food was v.good (kids menu too). I would definitly reccomend it!
I think your adventure travel service should offer trips to Shipton’s Arch in Xinjiang, near Kashgar. It is a very little-known and rarely visited place in a very remote region of the world, accessible by 4wd and a fairly long hike. A guide would be necessary and it is the largest arch in the world.
If you want to offer something more, include long hikes with homestays with Uyghur shepherds in the Tian Shan mountains north of Kashgar.
First, take a look at what current travel services are available. If you want to do something different, then you have to know what is out there.
Secondly, what is something that people would want to do on an adventure? I liked the suggestion about the arch in Xinjiang . . . quite unique!
China’s northwest isn’t traveled as much as far as tour groups go. Research what is available in Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and Xinjiang. (In fact, in Gansu, you can go to the Yellow Sheep River area for an adventure AND stay in a four star hotel! Check out:)
Horseback riding in Inner Mongolia!
Mountain climbing in Xinjiang and Tibet!
Off the beaten path of the Silk Road!
Beyond the tea farms of Yunnan!
Boating down the southern rivers!
The list is almost endless . . . !
Remember, for the project (even though it may be difficult in real life), to say all visa services included, etc.
Hello Miss, I really like the ski Europe site. They can help you with lodging, travel, tours give them a try, It’s great for couples. Click on the link I gave you below..

sorry, but tanning beds do not boost your uv tolerance if thats what you are trying to do. get some very high spf. keep it on even if it says waterproof, reapply each time you get out of the water (its not towel proof) and be careful, cover up in light airy fabrics. and accidental exposure a couple times is better than deliberate for a month or two.
yes you should its will actually save you from getting a worse sunburn. when you tan you will build your cells in the skin to block the sun. when you tan its like giving your meloncytes a work out. which lies in your epidermis. which is your top layer of your skin when you “work out” your meloncytes it makes it rise to the upper part of the epidermis causing your skin to regenerate more quickly. which makes your skin darken (not burn). if you dont tan and just go into the sun with or with out suncreen your at a higher risk of getting burned
This is the official site of the Liguria region. here there shuld be all the beaches around Genoa.

if you are looking for hotels near Genova look on:
Scotland (argyll area)For mountain biking, get off the 816 highway on to Ford and Eredine. There is the Eredine Forest off of Loch Awe. Head towards Portinisherrich. Just beautiful. One lane road with passing places. Take out the bikes when you get to the forestry and bike through there along the Loch Awe. Or through the Grampian Mountains/Trossachs area off of the A85 through those mountains. Pine forestry, not as pretty though.
As for spas, any of the big cities like Edinburgh or Glasgow have that available.
I get it- ur fed up with the good life, huh?
OK – I can fix that. Get a ticket(s) to NCL (NEWCASTLE INTERNATIONAL) UK, it is in the north-east of England, and is classed as the ‘PARTY CITY’ of the UK.
Friendly folks and lots of beer and girls!
From Guam it is very cheap to and much fun, to go to CAIRNS, Australia, I also lived on Guam, it is a very short trip, the leave from Guam 3 times a week, arriving at almost midnight Cairns time, and it is beautiful, very reasoable hotels or backpack motels, LOTS TO SEE….and near Guam…. I went with my teenager daughter, and we had fun. From rain forest to many tropical Zoos, Lake Barrine a Volcano turned into a lake, Waterfalls, TJapukai Aboriginal culture, they have a ceremony with dinner you will enjoy, 4 wheeling in the rain forest, restaurants A crocodile burger, or a Kangaroo Burger. Horseback ridding, crocodiles, kangarooes, large BATS, Koalas, and dont forget THE BARRIER REEF. I want to go back, one week was not enough. Enjoy
That’s a tough one! It’s not holiday-related, but “Summer Rental”, w/John Candy, is pretty funny (there’s a little kid in it). “Captain Ron” is really great! There is, of course, “The Santa Clause” (I and II), Look Who’s Talking Now (W/Kirstie Allie & John Travolta- the dogs talk and part of it takes place at Christmas). My kid always loved those old “Clay-mation” movies, like “Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and several others like it.
If you like Will Farrell, there’s always “Elf”, and “Jingle All the Way” (w/Arnold, Sinbad and the late Phil Hartman), is VERY funny!
My personal fave is “A Christmas Story”, based on the book by Jean Shepherd. They show it on TNT every Christmas for 24 hrs.! It’s great because it’s hilarious and touching and both adults & kids can enjoy it.
Someone on another question mentioned two greats I forgot: “The Nightmare Before Christmas” (maybe scary for your 6-year-old?) and “Christmas Vacation”, w/Chevy Chase…a true classic!
Your plan is awesome. Have you considered visiting countries in Asia? There are a lot white sand beaches in some regions in Asia such as the Philippines. You will find the country very accommodating with tourist and local travelers as well.
Countries like Thailand and Indonesia are also a good destinations to visit and accomplish your dream vacation. You will definitely get your answers here.
I can’t pin point an exact location for you, but I have an article about vacationing on a budget. How to get deals and alternatives if you really find you can’t afford a “real” vacation. It’s really family friendly. Check it out at
Also, check out Breezy Beach Wear. They have an adorable kids travel charm bracelet & necklace set for little ones and surf necklaces for boys and guys.
Before you even think about developing it, you need to do some market research. How accessible is your island? Who are your competitors? What would be special about your resort, as compared to other resorts?
Check with Condo Franchises. They will usually have someone willing to rent in a resort area. It will depend the time of Year You wish to Travel. Have Fun.
Like you mention, you need to separate yourself from the competition. I would market the fact that you are small and “quiet” to start with. Large resorts have some benefits but you can do it. A pick up at that airport is needed as well.
definitly let her go, experiences like this are great character builders at any age. ensure that they have enough staffing to deal with the kids, or offer to help if it would make you feel more at ease.
I would, as long as they had lots of trained supervision and they wanted to go. If the school has done this in the past, you can always look into their safety record before you make up your mind.
I would say so. I’m following all the news coming from Kenya up close, and there is no sign at all of unrest in Tanzania. It’s just 2 different countries. Even in Kenya the riots are limited to certain regions.
More information is at, including TV footage from Reuters.
Tanzania offers same Safari & Tours as Kenya. Game Reserve, National Parks ( Tanzania has more to offer than Kenya – lets forget Mount Kilimanjaro and as well as Zanzibar).
Beaches, Lodges, Hotels, Camp Sites have the same standards –
Tanzania have been always safer even than Kenya – I am not sure about the rates.
It should be safe, flying to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Dar es Salaam. There are wonderful things to see and do in Tanzania and the game parks are just as wonderful as those of Kenya.. There are also coastal resorts (it’s the same Indian Ocean) and Zanzibar has become a prime tourist destination. One has to be careful with one’s possessions (something which is true of many African destinations) and women should dress modestly (female legs tend to get men excited), but if people behave prudently, there is no reason why they shouldn’t have a really wonderful time in Tanzania.
Planned safari to Kenya, Climbing mount Kenya? Don’t worry!
Even if you land in Kenya, Airport is safe. You can connect to Kenya Airways or Precision Air and fly to Kilimanjaro Aiport Or Dar es salaam Airport.
If you want acclimatization for climbing mount Kilimanjaro, you can start by Mount Meru trekking for 3 days.
Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa with 5895m and covered with ice throughout a year.
Climbing mount kilimanjaro is exhilarating and rewarding. Most tourists trekking mount kilimanjaro do also safari in Tanzania.
Wildlife safari in Tanzania is as fun as in Kenya. Example Serengeti National Park is in same ecosystem as Masai Mara in Kenya. But Ngorongoro Crater is exceptional Protected Area in the World.
It’s unclear where you are writing from, but my guess is Nairobi or Arusha? If so, are you saying you’d like to drive overland from Nairobi into Northern Tanzania? My thought is that that stretch of road should be clear – I don’t think there was or is much violence in that area, and Nairobi is closer to the most popular Tanzanian safari parks than Dar.
Otherwise, I’d say you most certainly could visit Tanzania, regardless of what’s happening in Kenya. The violence is highly highly unlikely to spill across borders, since they have completely different political situations/institutions, etc.
I think September is too early, I would imagine most resorts don’t open before November. I know that when I lived in Alps a couple of years ago, they were having to make snow on some of the lower resorts nearby in January.
I enjoy spending time with my family and even my in-laws! My parents are divorced and remarried, plus I have my in-laws, so we pick one family to visit every year. We are lucky in that our other family understands when we’re not able to visit and nobody has hard feelings. However, if there was a Christmas where my husband and I agreed that we didn’t want to go visit family, I would have no problem taking our kids skiing or something like that. I have no problem explaining to my other family that we need some quality time with the kids!
We just told both of our families that it was too expensive to fly home to CA (which is true) and we are going with some other married friends to New York City for 4 days during Christmas. No guilt.
I think every now and then you should do something just within your own family. It needs to be balanced.
Extended family is important. However, you have a family of your own, so that should take precedent. How about a compromise? Pick another time of the year to visit distant relatives.
While it doesn’t PREVENT a sunburn, it can decrease your chances of getting a sunburn. Your skin (and mine) is more likely to burn if it is lighter. Take, for example, a red head. Most red heads have fair or light skin. Not by coincidence, they also get sunburns more easily. I’ve been going on vacations for 4 years now in early spring travelling from a northern state to Florida, Texas, or Hawaii and each year I “fake” tan before I go. Because I spend the majority of time on the beach, I do get a slight burn, but it is far less than if I had NOT built a base tan.
the holidays are always challanging for us as both sides of the family live close. In the past we’ve gone to one house one day, then the other house the next. Over the last couple yrs there has been a lot of drama on my side of the family & we havent felt welcome going to my parent’s house.
So this year we’re going to my in-law’s house for Thanksgiving & going out of town for Christmas. Its a nice way to get away & spend time with people who actually want to be with us.
I hate to sound ungrateful but family has been driving me crazy lately.
Are you talking about fake tanning as a tanning bed or the real fake tan that comes in a spray? Sunscreen prevents sunburn. No fake tan of any kind will prevent sunburn. Tanning beds increase your chances of getting FATAL skin cancer (melanoma) by 55%. That is HORRIBLE.
I cannot believe with the number of young girls getting skin cancer that you all still think you can lie in the sun and nothing will happen to you. Unbelievable.
I used to do what was expected of me, and still felt guilty and miserable.
Due to some recent tension with my grandmother over my son, (long, long story). This year I’m doing what I deem best for my son and myself. We won’t be attending the family gathering.
Do I feel guilty? Nope, not a bit! I feel stronger, and proud that finally I am able to stand up to them, and am able to look out for my son’s best interests as well as my own. I don’t have to be her whipping girl any longer, and perhaps it isn’t too late to save my son from her influence.
We have a rather “open” thanksgiving – that is, we go to grandma’s, crazy aunt sally’s etc. etc. or maybe the family will gather at our house during that holiday. We also try to round up any “strays” those without family or plans etc. to come with.
Christmas day is reserved for immediate family.
We then have an open house on the 26th (Boxing Day).
For one day you’ll probably go to Pattaya. Taxi will take you for 1200 baht ($40 US). Pattaya can be reached in a comfortable 2-hour drive along the Bang Na-Trat and Sukhumvit Highways (Highway No. & Highway No 3) via Bang Pakong, and Si Racha. One can also avoid a lot of traffic on Bang Na-Trat Highway by opting for Motor Way (new Bangkok-Chon Buri – Pattaya route).
By Bus
Air-conditioned and non air-conditioned coaches regularly leave from the Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekamai) and the Mochit 2 Bus Terminal on Kamphaeng Phet Road throughout day.
Departure times and fares may be obtained by telephoning the Eastern Bus Terminal (391-9829) for air-conditioned coaches and 391 -2504 for regular coaches and the Mochit 2 Bus Terminal at 936-3509 for air-conditioned coaches.
By Train
The State Railways of Thailand offers daily train service departing Bangkok’s Hua Lamphong Station at 6.55 a.m.
The journey takes about 3.30 hours. Tel: 223-7010, 223-7020
Sounds like fun. With a TV and DVD, all that I can think to add to entertain your son would be some books and small toys. I might plan on making a few extra stops so he gets to actually see some of the sights along the way. It will give you things to discuss with him during the drive and also long after your vacation has ended.
You could try Pattaya – about 2 hours from BKK, would be better if you spent more than 1 day…. at least over night as with a minimum of 4 hours travel (depends on the trafffic), you dont have much time…
Other places Cha-Am, Hu Hin also about 2 hours from BKK
Any travel agent in BKK will organise this trip for you
I usually wind up giving in and doing what everyone else in my family wants, which is usually going over to their houses. I tell myself every year that I’m going to just stay at home and if someone wants to see me they can come visit, but I get guilted into visiting everyone else.
Well, I’m single so I don’t have the “in-law” problem, but I was just thinking about that this morning b/c my friends was not too happy about traveling to her inlaws. Anyway, I would just go to my families function as usual even if I was married- I’m always going to be more attached to my own family than a bunch of strangers I married into. I’d let my husband go to his own families function or come with me….it’s up to him.
either purchase a few new small toys or books that can be used in the car or hide a few old favorites before the trip so that they will seem like new when you give them to your child in the car. Keeping a child entertained in a car can be difficult because they would much rather be running and playing but following a few of these tips can help to hold your child’s attention span for longer periods of time.
Proper nutrition should not be neglected on car trips. Many adults tend to rely on fast food and junk foods during car trips but these foods could make your child’s stomach upset or could make them hyper which makes it even more difficult for them to sit still in a car. Pack healthy and nutritious snacks such as fruits and vegetables, sandwiches, cheese snacks and milk and juice. Refrain from giving your child sugary snacks such as candy and sodas because these can make your child feel overly hyper and can make them feel cranky when the effects of sugar begin to wear off.
Pick up some fresh Kampot green peppercorns at the old market for a nice souviner for yourself or a friend back home. Keep them in the refrigerator. As the peppercorns dry, they turn black and you can use them in your peppergrinder.
I have seen much more expensive gift packages of black peppercorns in gift shops.
Another nice souviner for yourself or a friend is a useful, lovely and nicely made recycled bag from BLOOM shop located next to Laundry Bar close to Old Market. Meet Diana and ask her why she is in Siem Reap and why she started BLOOM. You will find her story interesting and heartwarming.
definitly let her go, experiences like this are great character builders at any age. ensure that they have enough staffing to deal with the kids, or offer to help if it would make you feel more at ease.
Key West, Florida. It’s the perfect tropical paradise. There is so much to do. Snorkeling, museums, tours, shopping… It’s off season right now, so it should be reasonably priced. You won’t need a car if you stay near Duval street (You can rent guest houses pretty reasonably, try “the Hollensed House”.)
If laid back life in Key West gets too slow, you’re only a couple hours drive from Miami, which is a really exciting tropical paradise!!
I would, as long as they had lots of trained supervision and they wanted to go. If the school has done this in the past, you can always look into their safety record before you make up your mind.
If you want an island, any of those would be nice…. depends on where you’re coming from and what you want…. diving? night life? culture?
There are so many “perfect vacations” they can’t be listed. It all depends on what you feel like doing at the point in your life that you’ll be taking that vacation. It’s fun to read about a place that gets your imagination fired up, then dream about it and make plans, then finally get there. Perfect vacations and travel are fun and relaxing and exciting and a great education all rolled into one. Here are our thoughts on how to plan one: and
Happy travels–even if you don’t travel the world… just remember that life is a journey… embrace and enjoy it!! http://www.mousetourstravels.com
Riviera Maya, Mexico!! You can see the ancient Mayan ruins, go to xcarat and swim with the dolphins, there is wildlife galore, and it is sooo beautiful!!! And it is only 50 minutes from Cancun!
Here is a website where you can learn from other people’s travels. It works really well, there are pictures, places to eat, and things to do in many countries and cities. You can even book hotels directly from the site.
The feeding blocks that you can get for your tropical fish will feed your placo & catfish!! They last between 2 days and a week. If you are planing to be gone for more than 7 days you will need someone to come in and put another feeder block in!!
how about southern thailand? Krabi is a good choice. white beaches, emerald ponds, fascinating coral reefs, numerous large and small islands and verdant forests with caves and waterfallsand lots of marine sports such as scuba diving!!
Great article! I really like how you touched on the history of the Europeans relationship with Africa and the safari and how it nearly ruined one of the most beautiful places on earth. Many people do not even touch upon this when writing about African Safaris.
matabungkay beach is great…my aunt own a beach resort there its called the green gate hope youll find time to visit it…its affordable and the people are great
You don’t need to get the feeding blocks. If you are gone for a week or less, don’t worry about feeding the fish.
If it is going to be longer than that, you can waste your money on automatic feeders if you want, or you can get live tubifex worms and give them to your fish right before you leave.
The catfish wont get to all the worms, and they will continue to find the worms in the gravel for weeks after the initial feeding.
At the southeastern tip of Batangas lies a seven kilometer strip of white sand beach situated along the stretching coast of Sigayan Bay and Verde Island passage. The place is nestled behind the peaks of Mt. Daguldol and home to several hiking destinations, such as Naambon falls and Mainit Pulang Bato. Because of its proximity to cities of Manila, Batangas and Quezon, this beach called Laiya became a popular destination for weekend retreats and corporate excursions.
Aside from swimming, snorkeling, boating, and kayaking, not much water activities are available in Laiya. Diving and other hi-tech water activities are not yet facilitated unless interested tourists request to be chartered to Anilao, a diving sanctuary at the other side of the coast, or to the famous diving destination- Verde Island. Although Laiya’s main attraction is its long strip of white beach, other sportif options can be found in its interiors, such as its hidden coves, falls and thick forested mountains where trails have been appreciated best for mountainbiking and trekking.
To get there, take South Luzon Tollway, and exit at Batangas Lucena exit. Drive along the national road until you see a board “Star Tollway” turn right at Star Tollway (Batangas Expressway) up to Lipa Exit. Then head towards Lipa.
Few meters from the Star Tollway exit, you will see De La Salle University Lipa on the left side of the road. Several meters from De La Salle, watch out for “Y” junction (where McDonalds is at the center). Take the road at the right that heads to Lipa town proper. Then follow the road as it merges with another road at the right (where monument is) and watch out for Mercury Drug. Turn right at this street then straightly take this road towards Rosario and Padre Garcia.
About 8.5km from Lipa, there will be a junction that leads to Padre Garcia. From Padre Garcia, Turn left towards Rosario. From the town center of Rosario, Turn left (where South Star Drug Store is) then follow this road until San Juan. Once in san Juan, turn right at the street where municipal hall is (just accross basketall court), and upon entering the road, you will see billboards indicating beach resorts of Laiya. Follow this road until you reach the unconcreted part. This means you are in the vicinity. From this point and the succeeding distance, you will see a lot of resort signboards along the road. All of them lead to resorts along the beaches of Aplaya, Laiya, and Hugom.
Very true. These days it seems there is no hotel room that you can’t find at a cheaper rate by hunting around, especially online, and many are using new types of online promotion as they become available and popular. Twitter seems to be at the vanguard of this currently…
As an unapologetic plug, you might be interested in our new site, http://www.twavel.com, where we are trying to create a (free) home for the best deals ‘tweeted’ by hotels, airlines and other travel companies. Its still very much a work in progress, but keep an eye on it, as we will be regionalising it, and providing other user options as it is developed. Please also note that more and more of the deals are Twitter-specific, and so you will need to click through the site to be able to get the deal…
At 20 persons, and Php 2000 each, you have a very good budget.
Depending on what you want, you can check out the following:
1. Calatagan – if you have kids or young adults who does not really know how to swim, this would be the ideal location due to the long stretch of sand. Lots of starfish and not so many jelly fish. You can rent one of those boat huts and be dragged to neck deep waters if you want to swim a bit. The resort beside or near Pico De Loro would be cheaper but hey it’s the same beach front.
2. for snorklers, go hit Matabungkay, get a cottage and stay the night. Cook your own food or bring cooked rice and ADOBO, RED EGG, Cooked barbicue (chicken or pork) and the whole gaqng would love it.
3. Party, Party, party — go to Puerto Galera and get a small cottage – you dont want to sleep anyways, just shower and change clothes. You have options to snorkel, swim, party or hike.
Again to save on money and be low cost, it’s either you have one transport and pay for the fuel or if Puerto Galera, take the public transport go by bus (JAM). Cook your food and bring them with you. Though there are resorts that dont allow you to bring in food, just leave them inside your vehicle and eat there together during lunch and dinner (stay out of the resort). And go for the not so pricey (less developed resorts).
Lian, San Juan and other parts of Batangas also has lots of beach front and good white sand, but it’s further South, deeper towards Quezon.
Calatagan has nice beaches, try Rosegold further end of Calatagan, then you may also want to try Golden Sunset of Ricky Reyes, Lago De Oro, you may want to view their websites
If you want some diving, try Maya maya resort after punta fuego in Nasugbu (further down), its so peaceful, and you can go snorklng just beside the resort, to get to the beach, you have to ride a boat (for free)
Anilao is nice also (not so far from Manila)
Laiya is quite far, but the beach is good, white fine sands
There are a lot, but I dont recommend Matabungcay, the beach is not nice, cottages are rundown but Im not sure if they’ve renovated already, but the beach itself is not good. I dont like the sands
Lanzarote has much to offer, over 100 beaches and the majority of them are golden sand, great water sports with scuba, sailing and surfing, warm all year round climate with lots of sunshine and very little rainfall and plenty of cultural attractions, bars, and restaurants to make your holiday really special. Have you been to Lanzarote yet?
My husband and I used an online registry site called myregistry.com so that we could register for our honeymoon on the same list as the rest of the things we registered for. We set up a cash gift fund for general honeymoon expenses, and then added an atv adventure and helicopter ride to our registry as well. This way, people could choose whether to just contribute cash or give us something fun to do while we were in Hawaii. We also got the other things we needed for our house, so we didn’t feel like we had to choose registering for one over the other. I tell all of my friends to register for their honeymoon this way when they get engaged!
I found your site while searching Google and have found your website information and advice to be a very good fit for our visitors. As such, we are interested in buying advertising space on your home page http://www.traveltodaytips.com/
Our budget is within $10/month. If you are interested, please send me your rate per month and PayPal information.
If we are happy with your price we will send you the link details that you can place on your website and we will make the payments to the PayPal ID provided.
Preplanned cheap honeymoon is the most exiting idea because you can visit those destinations which you want in cheap package and it is the most vital part in the beginning of your marriage. So, do the preplanned honeymoon arrangement.
Your readers might like to know about another sort of affordable accommodation which seems to be unique to Italy- staying a monastery or convent. A friend recommended the idea to me and I found a good website http://www.monasterystays.com. It is an on-line booking agency with access to places all over Italy. I’m using them for my next trip to Sicily in February. Recommend checking it out.
Thanks for reminding me of Turin and its attractions, i can\’t get there on my next trip but will keep it in mind. Your readers might like to know about a uniquely Italian form of accommodation, which represents good value for money – staying in a monastery or convents. A friend recommended I try it and I found this website http://www.monasterystays.com.
It is an on-line booking service with access to monasteries and convents all over Italy. They have one near Turin but I\’m using them for my trip to Sicily in February. I\’d recommend checking it out

crutches, ski boots, pictures of lockers, a window with a chair lift and ski slope in the background. Goggles and mittens.
A fireplace. Get some lift tickets from peoples jackets…could use those to decorate the tree.

Have fun on your holiday!

Have fun!

sorry, but tanning beds do not boost your uv tolerance if thats what you are trying to do. get some very high spf. keep it on even if it says waterproof, reapply each time you get out of the water (its not towel proof) and be careful, cover up in light airy fabrics. and accidental exposure a couple times is better than deliberate for a month or two.

yes you should its will actually save you from getting a worse sunburn. when you tan you will build your cells in the skin to block the sun. when you tan its like giving your meloncytes a work out. which lies in your epidermis. which is your top layer of your skin when you “work out” your meloncytes it makes it rise to the upper part of the epidermis causing your skin to regenerate more quickly. which makes your skin darken (not burn). if you dont tan and just go into the sun with or with out suncreen your at a higher risk of getting burned

So this year we’re going to my in-law’s house for Thanksgiving & going out of town for Christmas. Its a nice way to get away & spend time with people who actually want to be with us.

We go to church on New Year’s Eve.

Departure times and fares may be obtained by telephoning the Eastern Bus Terminal (391-9829) for air-conditioned coaches and 391 -2504 for regular coaches and the Mochit 2 Bus Terminal at 936-3509 for air-conditioned coaches.

either purchase a few new small toys or books that can be used in the car or hide a few old favorites before the trip so that they will seem like new when you give them to your child in the car.

There is digital feeder for one-week.
You can check on that on yahoo search. It will feed your catfish on the time you set.

Great article! I really like how you touched on the history of the Europeans relationship with Africa and the safari and how it nearly ruined one of the most beautiful places on earth. Many people do not even touch upon this when writing about African Safaris.

Laiya in San Juan Batangas is the best and most affordable place. There are several options. Coco Grove is one.
Please just google. No description could be better than what you will see in their site.

Lian, San Juan and other parts of Batangas also has lots of beach front and good white sand, but it’s further South, deeper towards Quezon.

beach resort
I agree with Jef 100%
