How do I start a beach resort business?

I’ve always wanted to have my own beach resort. If we already have the place, what else should I consider? I want some tips on how to start such kind of business? Take note that I am in the Philippines where resorts are almost in every town. And the place we have is located in a province so far from the International airport. How will I market such a place?

What hold you from holidays in Germany?
Are they better than in our educational system? I find already, because they have autumn holidays, spring holidays, then they have over the year distribute holidays and to be able in the winter e.g. also ski driving or so, here can one only in the summer vacation correctly make.
