i own a decent chunk of land in malapascua island, philippines.. right now it is being cleared of trees, shrubs, etc..

how do i go about starting up a beach resort with huts.. i.e. BORA BORA

how do i go about marketing it internationally?
i have looked up the feedback of what vacationers had to say about the island and they ranked it one of the best places to visit in the philippines… there arent that many resorts there yet.. the island is still in the development phase. and it is accessible via 20min boat ride from the main island of cebu.

I live in England and I’m looking for somewhere tropical and relaxing to go on holiday?
There will be 2 adults and 1 or 2 children and we’d like to stay in a villa with a pool.
We want somwhere by the seas with white sands, blue seas and palm trees, and there needs to be lots of things likes cuba diving and visiting waterfalls to do
Anyone got any ideas?

I am planning to go on a holiday to the Italian Riviera. All flights go to Genoa, so I was wondering what is the nearest beach resort to Genoa, as I know it is a port city and there are no beaches there. And how do I get to that nearest beach?
